Cascade Microtech 9000-series probe system uses a flexible modular design to accommodate the full range of Cascade's microwave and digital micro probing tools. It is specifically designed for high-frequency device and circuit characterization, and high-speed interconnect package, and device testing.

Probe Station: Cascade Summit 9000-series manual wafer prober

Wafer Chuck: 6 in. x 6 in. (152 mm x 152 mm) square RF/Microwave wave chuck (Ni)

Wafer Chuck Travel: X-Y travel = 152 mm x 152 mm; resolution = 5 mm per turn

Microscope: Boom-mounted Leica S6E stereo zoom microscope; 6.3:1 zoom ration with 30X eyepiece lenses; 18.9X - 120X magnification

RF Probe Positioners: Includes qty 2 micro positioners positioners mounted in the N&S positions. Probe tips not included.
